  1. How long will it take to receive my order?

We do our best to pack each order with care and love as quickly as possible! Please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Once your sensory goodies are on their way, shipping typically takes 5–15 business days, depending on your location.

  1. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we do! We’re happy to offer free shipping on all orders — it’s one small way we say thank you for supporting our family-run business.

  1. Can I track my order?

Absolutely! As soon as your package ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your sensory toys from our hands to yours.

  1. What is your return policy?

We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely happy, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. For more info or to start a return, email us at info@happy-sensory.com.

  1. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We’re excited to share our sensory toys with families around the world. Shipping times and fees vary depending on your location — feel free to email us for more details.

  1. How should I clean the toys?

Each toy is a little different! Many of our silicone items can be washed with warm, soapy water or wiped with baby-safe wipes. Some chewables are even boil-safe for deep cleaning. Check the product details or reach out to us at info@happy-sensory.com if you’re unsure — we’re happy to guide you.

  1. Do you offer custom sensory kits or bundles?

We love helping families find the right combination of tools. While we don’t offer custom-made toys, we’re happy to help you build a bundle based on your child’s needs. Email us and let’s put together something special!

  1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover. You can also check out securely using Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal.

  1. Can I cancel or change my order?
